ourmerch.shop and all sub domains (the “Website”) is owned and operated by STMS Group Ltd (“our”, “us” and “we”).

These are the Website terms and conditions (the “Conditions”), which apply to the use of the Website by end users. By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by the Conditions. The Website is provided for the benefit of residents of the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18. If you are not a UK resident, over the age of 18 or do not agree to be bound by the Conditions, you may not use or access the Website and we will have the right to restrict or prevent your access to the Website. Merchandise orders

Any orders made online for delivery will usually be dispatched within 1-2 days of order unless there is a specific date of dispatch such as a pre-order release. In most cases all orders will be sent out within 5 working day. Any special pre-order products that are not going on general sale are non refundable unless the item is faulty or not delivered. Some products can take up to 28 days from purchase date for delivery due to special circumstances like a pre-order releases date. Any issues should be addressed to sales@stms.studio

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations hereunder due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, third party administrations, bad weather and acts of government or acts in compliance with any applicable law, regulation or order (whether valid or invalid) of any governmental body.

1 YOUR OBLIGATIONS
1.1 You will not:

(a) use the Website (or any part of it) for any illegal purpose and agree to use it in accordance with all relevant laws;
