As all our stock is print to order, we will not offer refunds or exchanges on products if you simply change your mind.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We need to be informed of faulty items within 21 days of dispatching to be able to issue a free of charge replacement or a refund. We need to be shown a photograph for our records to action this. You can keep or dispose of the faulty garment if you wish to, no need to return this.
Faulty items include any print or product faults and any damage from transit.
For undelivered items, we need to be informed within 45 days to investigate and offer a free of charge replacement.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If any faults occur during 12 months from dispatching, we can offer a replacement if it is within this time frame.
All items will be shipping via Royal Mail tracked service for peace of mind.
